The Office Support Specialist I serves as the administrative backbone for the Site Director and Case Management Staff. This role is designed to ensure the smooth flow of office operations by managing the lifecycle of confidential documentation, coordinating complex schedules, and overseeing the daily activities of clerical staff. The ideal candidate will act as a central hub for information, handling everything from processing personnel transactions and organizing file systems to supervising the recruitment and training of site clerks.
In this position, you will not only manage the physical and digital infrastructure of the office but also provide critical support to a diverse population. You will be responsible for maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external contacts, ensuring that all communications are precise and culturally competent. The role requires a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive client records and personnel data, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
