The Office Coordinator serves as the vital heartbeat of our school's daily operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing exemplary customer service to our entire community. This role goes beyond administrative tasks; you will function as the primary contact point for students, teachers, families, trustees, donors, and visitors, embodying the spirit of our school.
In this position, you will support the operations team in maintaining our administrative systems and routines. Your day will involve managing the main office duties, from handling incoming communications to coordinating student enrollment and health paperwork. You will act as a liaison between the school and families, ensuring clear and timely communication while helping to create a warm, welcoming environment in the office. By managing student records and supporting recruitment efforts, you play a key part in the school's ability to serve its students effectively.
