About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop and execute plans of care in coordination with the broader healthcare team. Your work will involve conducting patient assessments to evaluate functional levels and consulting with physicians to ensure comprehensive care. You will be challenged to function effectively in any home situation, providing equitable care regardless of a client's age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
