About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in the daily coordination and delivery of occupational therapy services. You will work with patients ranging from infants to geriatrics, implementing specific treatment programs based on individual needs and established department objectives. Your day will involve evaluating patients through records, interviews, and observations, then designing and modifying intervention strategies to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
Beyond direct therapy, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and families to ensure a cohesive care plan. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor clinical interns and contribute to departmental program development, ensuring that professional growth and current best practices are shared across the team.
