About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in Windsor & West Hartford, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment possible.

In this role, you will organize and conduct occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation, directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will facilitate the learning of skills essential for adaptation and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology. This position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve.
