The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment possible. You will organize and conduct occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation, directing patient participation to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your work will focus on facilitating the learning of skills essential for adaptation and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology.

- check_circleScreen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses and treatment goals
- check_circleFabricate, fit, and apply adaptive devices and train patients in their use
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE standards
- verifiedInitial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- verifiedValid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice
- verifiedValid driver's license or reliable independent transportation
