We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award-winning Special Education team in a Grades K-12 environment. This role exists to provide direct therapy to students with special needs, ensuring that meaningful outcomes and functional independence are at the heart of everything we do.
If you have a proactive mindset and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment, this is your opportunity to perform meaningful work. As an OT, you will partner with educational staff to develop and implement instructional programs, conduct assessments, and adjust Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. You will create a supportive, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment tailored to each student's sensory, physical, and cognitive needs. Your work will involve facilitating professional development for school personnel, training staff on assistive technology, and collaborating with families and related agencies to support the student's journey toward their full potential.
