Lee Health is one of Florida's largest and most respected not-for-profit health systems, proudly ranked among the top 25% of hospitals nationwide by Healthgrades. Our system includes four acute care hospitals, Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, over 100 physician practice locations, and expanding Home Health and Skilled Nursing services. With more than 17,000 employees, we serve over two million patient contacts each year.
We are guided by our mission to be a trusted partner, empowering healthier lives through care and compassion, and our vision to inspire hope and be a national leader in health and healing. We live our values every day—Respect, Excellence, Compassion, and Education—by fostering integrity, delivering exceptional care, and empowering our team to grow and thrive.
Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region. With over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care, our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.
In this supportive, team-oriented environment, you will have the opportunity to make a true impact on patients' lives. As an Occupational Therapist in our Home Health division, you will examine, evaluate, and test individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. You will design, implement, and modify interventions to alleviate impairments and functional limitations while promoting fitness, health, and wellness across populations of all ages.
This role is designed for a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative setting that encourages work-life balance, continuous education, and clinical excellence. You will engage in administration, consultation, education, and research, conducting yourself with critical thinking, effective communication, and a commitment to learning. We prioritize your growth, offering a culture where you can truly care for others while being cared for yourself.
