With over 700 skilled professionals, we are dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

As an Occupational Therapist in our Home Health North Zone (Cape Coral/North Fort Myers), you will join a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can truly make an impact. You will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses and treatment plans. Your work will focus on alleviating impairments and functional limitations by designing and modifying interventions, while also promoting fitness, health, and wellness across populations of all ages. Success in this role requires critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to learning and professional growth.
