At Memorial Hermann, we pursue a common goal of delivering high quality, efficient care while creating exceptional experiences for every member of our community. When we say every member of our community, that includes our employees. We know that when our employees feel cared for, heard and valued, they are inspired to create moments that exceed expectations, while prioritizing safety, compassion, personalization and efficiency.
If you want to advance your career and contribute to our vision of creating healthier communities, now and for generations to come, we want you to be a part of our team.
This position is designed to ensure clinical excellence within an assigned work group or for a specific patient population. Beyond direct patient care, you will serve as a vital resource and mentor for staff, students, and volunteers. Your role involves assessing patients to develop and initiate treatment plans that maximize independence across the continuum of life, while also assisting in the setup of educational programs and providing input for departmental development.
You will be expected to promote individual professional growth through participation in professional organizations, community service, and research projects. As a leader, you will actively participate in system and facility committees, assist with departmental planning including budgets and strategic goals, and identify needs for new or revised programs in response to the changing health environment. Ultimately, you will model Memorial Hermann's service standards by creating compassionate and personalized experiences for patients and colleagues.
