At Memorial Hermann, we pursue a common goal of delivering high quality, efficient care while creating exceptional experiences for every member of our community. When we say every member of our community, that includes our employees. We know that when our employees feel cared for, heard and valued, they are inspired to create moments that exceed expectations, while prioritizing safety, compassion, personalization and efficiency.
If you want to advance your career and contribute to our vision of creating healthier communities, now and for generations to come, we want you to be a part of our team.
This position is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence within an assigned work group or for a specific patient population. Beyond direct patient care, you will provide appropriate oversight and supervision of assigned personnel, performing treatments in a cost-effective manner. You will assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations of physical, cognitive, perceptual, and developmental skills, aiming to maximize independence in occupational performance areas across the continuum of life.
In this role, you will serve as a vital resource and mentor for staff, students, and volunteers. You will assist in setting up educational programs, provide input for program development, and act as a resource for community education and marketing. You will be expected to promote individual professional growth through participation in professional organizations, community service, and advanced education, while actively identifying needs for new departmental programs or revisions to existing ones in response to the changing health environment.
We demonstrate a commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences. As a team member, you will model Memorial Hermann's service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized, and efficient experiences to both patients and colleagues.
