About the Role
We are seeking passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live. Through our signature Geriatric House Calls model, you will treat patients in private residences and Senior Living Communities, helping them improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility. You will enjoy the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building strong, lasting relationships with your patients. The role allows for a blend of in-person care and optional telehealth components, providing greater flexibility and improved continuity of care to support more patients.

Requirements
