About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will travel between the Campbellsville and Liberty branches to provide essential care. In this role, you will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques in coordination with the broader health care team. Your work involves evaluating functional status, consulting with physicians to develop therapy plans of care, and reporting patient responses to treatment to nurses and physicians. You will apply diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to determine the level of function for patients in any home situation.
