As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop and execute therapy plans of care in coordination with physicians and the broader healthcare team.
