About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will join a dedicated in-house therapy staff model designed to enhance patient care through a collaborative Rehab Care Model approach. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, organize, and administer occupational therapy services in strict accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will work collaboratively with all disciplines to ensure the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing realistic treatment goals, administering manual exercises, and instructing patients and families in therapeutic procedures to be continued at home. You will also evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, while maintaining informative, accurate, and timely documentation. Additionally, you will support Occupational and Physical Therapist Assistants by providing periodic training and guidance to promote their educational needs and further enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements
- verifiedDegree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- verifiedCurrent, unrestricted license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in assigned state
