The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is a vibrant, expanding group of more than 50 physicians and researchers dedicated to Women's Health. Proudly ranked as one of the top 20 hospitals for Obstetrics & Gynecology by U.S. News & World Report 2023 - 2024, the department is committed to changing what's possible in healthcare. The team operates within a state-of-the-art ecosystem, supported by the Charles P. Darby Children's Research Institute—the largest pediatric research facility in the Carolinas—and the 100,000-square-foot Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital and Pearl Tourville Women's Pavilion, which opened in 2020 to transform fetal, women's, and children's care in the region.
About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a clinician-educator in the heart of Charleston, SC. You will play a pivotal role in educating the next generation of physician leaders while enhancing access to specialized care for high-risk OB/GYN patients across Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. The role is designed for those who wish to shape the future of the specialty through the training of medical students, residents, and fellows, all while providing exceptional clinical care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The position includes a customizable clinic schedule, a flexible call system to promote work-life balance, and opportunities to perform GYN surgery, including robotic procedures, supported by subspecialists in GYN Oncology, Urogynecology, and REI.

Key Responsibilities
