About the Team

AdventHealth is a 900+ physician, multi-specialty organization seeking experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologists to join our OBGYN Hospitalist programs across Central Florida. As a sister organization to AdventHealth, the AdventHealth Medical Group offers a highly competitive aligned model that allows physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine while supported by robust practice management.

AdventHealth for Women, part of AdventHealth Orlando, is the only national women's care leader in Greater Orlando. Ranked #20 in the nation for obstetrics and gynecology by U.S. News & World Report, the network includes a new 12-story, 332-bed tower featuring 13 operating rooms with robotic capabilities. The facility houses advanced services including in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) services and a Placenta Accreta Program.

About the Role

We welcome candidates interested in full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities at any of our campuses, including Altamonte, Celebration, Lake Nona, Orlando, Waterman, Winter Garden, and Winter Park. The OBGYN Hospitalist role involves providing care in OB triage/OBED, managing inpatient obstetric patients, performing GYN consults and surgeries, and assisting private OBGYNs with coverage and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to teach students and residents.

Ideal candidates are committed to patient safety, desire to enhance patient satisfaction, and possess strong, dynamic communication skills. The position offers exposure to both obstetric and gynecologic cases, with opportunities for robotic gynecologic surgery and leadership development. You will collaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), residents, and community OB/GYNs within an integrated EPIC EMR system.
