Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) is a comprehensive network of over 1,000 physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical professionals dedicated to providing safe, quality care for patients across North Texas. Through THPG, Texas Health Resources has evolved from a hospital network into a full health system, offering unparalleled healthcare coverage. This integrated approach allows all parts of the health care system to work in close collaboration, resulting in improved safety, better outcomes, and increased efficiencies for patients.
The specific opportunity is within Texas Health Women's Care, a growing OB/Gyn practice located on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano. This facility is the only Level IV NICU in Collin County and one of only three in North Texas. The hospital itself is a 386-bed facility that was the first in Collin County to receive the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (T.A.P.E.), the state's highest honor for quality and organizational performance. It is also a pioneer in the Southwest for utilizing advanced voice-activated robotics in operating rooms.
We are seeking an immediately available Ob/Gyn physician to join a dynamic team of three physicians and one Physician Assistant in a spacious clinic with ample exam rooms and support staff. The practice is currently ready to expand and plans to grow to five physicians to meet the community's growing needs. This employed position offers the opportunity to work within a compassionate, multi-disciplinary environment that drives medical, nursing, and support staff to deliver advanced care.
The role is situated in Plano, Texas, an extremely sought-after location known for its easy access to Dallas, fine hotels, restaurants, and shopping. The city features award-winning public school systems and an abundance of sports and leisure activities, making it a popular destination for a wide variety of interests.
