The Genesis OB-GYN team is an established standard practice in Zanesville, OH, currently undergoing strategic expansion. The practice is integrating an OB/GYN laborist model with its traditional services to enhance patient care. With planned upcoming retirements, the team is seeking a new partner to step into a robust, growing practice environment immediately.
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a high-volume practice delivering approximately 1,500 births annually. You will work alongside a dedicated OB/GYN hospitalist team and 7 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to support a Level 2 nursery staffed 24/7 by in-house Nationwide Children's pediatricians. The role includes scheduled OR block time and on-site Urogynecology support, allowing you to focus on comprehensive care ranging from routine gynecological exams and preventative medicine to complex deliveries and surgical procedures.
We offer a flexible competitive salary with a 3-year guarantee, a signing bonus, and $5,000 in annual CME funding. The practice supports a healthy work-life balance with 7 weeks of PTO, flexible scheduling options, and a manageable 1:6 call schedule with the option to add hospitalist shifts if desired.
