About the Role

Located at the UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, this full-time Registered Nurse position serves within the Allergy Clinic. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily staff activities for your assigned nursing area, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to manage complex issues and complaints while maintaining compliance with departmental policies and protocols.

You will play a key role in shaping the team's success by coordinating daily staffing assignments, providing direction, and leading orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring efforts. Beyond administrative oversight, you will perform or assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. The position demands the ability to work with minimal supervision and step in to perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
