The Nursing Supervisor at our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Facility plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to individuals in detox and inpatient treatment. This position provides clinical guidance, staff support, and administrative oversight during assigned shifts to ensure nursing operations run smoothly and patients receive high-quality care.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and case managers—to address complex patient needs and uphold best practices in addiction treatment. The role serves as the clinical lead for nursing staff, fostering a respectful, team-oriented work culture focused on accountability and quality care while managing the dynamic demands of a fast-paced clinical environment.
