The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support operational components across a diverse patient population. As a Registered Nurse within the Community Training Center, you will serve as a vital link between clinical practice and professional development. This role is designed to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate both clinical and non-clinical educational programs. You will act as a change agent and consultant, utilizing adult learning principles to create instructional curricula that address identified practice gaps and improve patient outcomes.
In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to integrate evidence-based practices into all educational activities. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing data to determine educational needs, coordinating initiatives that promote positive learning environments, and ensuring adherence to rigorous patient safety protocols. You will also maintain the integrity of the educational process by upholding ethical standards and protecting the rights of all learners.
