You will join the Community Training Center, a vital hub dedicated to advancing clinical and non-clinical education across Hospital and departmental operational components. Our mission is to foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice, ensuring that every learner—from neonate to geriatric care providers—is equipped with the skills to deliver exceptional patient care.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will serve as a strategic partner in the development and evaluation of educational programs. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical practice and professional growth, ensuring that our staff remains competent, compliant, and confident in their abilities.
Your day will involve assessing educational needs across diverse age groups and patient populations, then designing and implementing curricula that utilize adult learning principles. You will act as a change agent, integrating the latest research findings into training initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to align educational goals with the organization's strategic plan. Beyond instruction, you will champion patient safety by proactively identifying risks, encouraging open communication, and mentoring colleagues to advance the nursing profession.
