The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support operational components across a diverse patient population. Our mission is to foster a culture of safety, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice. We serve neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups, ensuring that every educational initiative aligns with the organization's strategic goals and commitment to quality care.
This position serves as a pivotal link between clinical operations and professional development. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating both clinical and non-clinical educational programs. The role requires a proactive approach to patient safety, where you will identify opportunities to improve protocols and encourage patients to actively participate in their own care.
In this capacity, you will function as a change agent and consultant, collaborating with stakeholders to design curricula that integrate research findings and adult learning principles. You will analyze educational outcomes, monitor progress toward goals, and systematically enhance the quality of instructional programs. The role demands a balance of leadership and collaboration, requiring you to maintain current competency in the field while mentoring others and serving as a role model for professional growth.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to obtain specific credentials within designated timeframes, including CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days, and appropriate age-specific instructor certification within 6 months. Tuberculosis testing will be completed upon hire and as required thereafter.
