The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support operational components across a diverse patient population. This Registered Nurse position is dedicated to assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating both clinical and non-clinical educational programs. You will serve as a change agent and consultant, integrating evidence-based practice into all educational activities to improve patient outcomes and staff competency.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and gaps, designing curricula that utilize adult learning principles. Your day-to-day involves coordinating educational initiatives, maintaining records for regulatory compliance, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment. You will act as a role model for professional practice, mentoring others and advancing the Nursing Professional Development (NPD) specialty.
