The Community Training Center operates within the Hospital and departmental framework to support operational components across a diverse patient population. The team serves neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups, ensuring that clinical and non-clinical educational programs are robust, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational goals.
As a Registered Nurse in the Community Training Center, you will serve as a vital link between clinical practice and professional development. This role is designed to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that enhance patient care and staff competency. You will act as a change agent, utilizing adult learning principles to create positive learning environments and integrating evidence-based practices into all educational activities.
In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify practice gaps and develop instructional curricula that address the unique needs of individuals, departments, and the organization. Your day-to-day work involves coordinating educational initiatives, maintaining quality improvement processes, and ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols. You will also serve as a consultant and resource for peers, influencing organizational plans to include education throughout planning and implementation phases.

Please note that a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (or related discipline) and three years of directly related experience are required.
