About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) to join our collaborative team. In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of daily care, assisting residents with essential activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining. Beyond the physical tasks, your role is vital in promoting the dignity, comfort, and safety of our older adult residents.

You will work closely with nurses and the broader care team to deliver person-centered care. This involves observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, measuring vital signs, and implementing infection control and safety protocols. As part of our community, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing not just medical support but also companionship to support emotional well-being.
