About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) to join our team and support the daily lives of our residents. In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of our care team, partnering with nurses and interdisciplinary members to deliver exceptional service. Your primary focus will be assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Beyond the essential tasks of care, you will serve as a vital source of companionship and emotional support for residents and their families. You will observe and report changes in condition to licensed nurses, document care accurately, and actively participate in quality improvement efforts. Requirements
