We are seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on daily support to older adult residents, serving as a vital link between their personal needs and our broader care plans. You will work in a mission-driven environment that prioritizes the dignity and independence of every individual.
Your day will involve meaningful connections with seniors, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and comfort measures. Beyond clinical tasks, you will monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely communication with licensed nurses and the care team.
