About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your mission is to ensure a safe and healthy environment where residents, staff, and visitors can participate in the resident's daily life rhythm.
In this role, you will supervise and coordinate nursing services, training and guiding RN, LVN, and CNA team members who are accountable for resident care and satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison, coordinating the residents' plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families, while ensuring the community remains compliant with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
