As a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN, you will report to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm, supervising and coordinating nursing services while training and supervising the RN, LVN, and CNA team members.

This role is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will coordinate the residents' plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, medical personnel, and the resident's family, while handling admission inquiries and notifying leadership of emergency situations that occur after hours or on weekends.
