About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will supervise and coordinate nursing services, training and supervising RN, LVN, and CNA team members who are accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This position is a key part of our interdisciplinary team, coordinating care plans with physicians, medical personnel, and families to promote the highest functional level of independence possible.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
- verifiedCurrent RN license
- verifiedCurrent CPR certification
- verifiedBS Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- verifiedMinimum of 1-year professional managerial experience
- verifiedProficient computer skills for documentation and EHR
