We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor RN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm, supervising and coordinating nursing services while training and supervising the RN, LVN, and CNA team members.
As a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor, you will work Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role offers a unique opportunity to foster a positive working environment and lead the team during critical overnight hours.

Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
- verifiedCurrent RN license
- verifiedCurrent CPR certification
- verifiedBS Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
- verifiedMinimum 1-year professional managerial experience
- verifiedProficient computer skills for documentation and EHR
