We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing (DON), the Nurse Supervisor RN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our 'Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.' You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm, supervising and coordinating nursing services while training and supervising RN, LVN, and CNA team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
As a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor, you will work Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will assess resident needs at admission and continually evaluate conditions to promote the highest functional level of independence possible. You will coordinate the residents' plan of care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families, while handling admission inquiries and ensuring the Administrator of Health Services and DON are notified of emergency situations.
