We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives. Reporting to the Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our 'Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.' You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm, supervising and coordinating nursing services while training and supervising the RN, LVN, and CNA team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

- check_circleAssess resident needs at admission and evaluate conditions throughout their stay
- check_circleNotify health services administrators of emergency situations occurring after hours
Requirements
- verifiedCompletion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
