As a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor RN, you will report to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. This role is pivotal in supervising and coordinating nursing services, training team members, and fostering a positive working environment.
