About the Team
The Royal C. Johnson VA Health Care System in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Service Line. This is an opportunity to serve Veterans while enjoying a stable career with excellent benefits.
About the Role
You will provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a team-based setting. Your day will involve evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic health conditions, as well as ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing medications, and creating treatment plans. You will deliver care through in-person, virtual, and phone visits, collaborating with specialists, mental health professionals, and community services.
This role offers a predictable weekday schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with no weekends or holidays.
