We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Pediatric ENT team in Sacramento and Elk Grove, CA. This new role is designed to support growing patient demand and improve access to our specialized pediatric ENT services. You will work closely with highly skilled ENT physicians to deliver high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
In this position, you will manage pre-operative and post-operative visits, evaluate and treat common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions, and participate in multi-disciplinary clinics. The role requires a split schedule, with approximately 50% of work hours dedicated to each location. A key advantage of this position is that no call responsibilities are required, allowing for a strong work-life balance while you collaborate with nurses and care teams to improve patient flow and reduce delays.
