About the Role
This is a clinic-based role focused on delivering the highest-level quality in-person patient care at our Kingwood clinic. While the primary focus is onsite, virtual care visits may be conducted from the clinic during periods of lower patient volume, provided they do not delay or interfere with in-person care.
You will join a team that values autonomy, offering flexible scheduling and a strong work-life balance. The environment is designed to support your practice at the top of your license with comprehensive clinical team support, ensuring that charting and follow-up are completed during your scheduled shift with no work taken home.

- check_circleConduct both in-person and virtual patient visits to support positive health outcomes
- check_circleEngage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings
- check_circleMaintain a safe and efficient care environment through timely appointment management
- check_circleDeliver evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

- check_circleCoordinate care with other healthcare professionals and manage patient follow-ups

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree from accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- verifiedCurrent national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- verifiedActive, unrestricted state APRN license
- verifiedMaster of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies or health-related master's degree plus Bachelor of Science in PA Studies

- verifiedDOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment

Nice to Have
Experience with the EPIC electronic health record. Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation (if less than one year of provider experience). Experience conducting patient assessments and exercising sound clinical decision-making in a virtual care environment. Familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
