About the Role

This is a clinic-based role focused on delivering the highest-level quality in-person patient care, with the flexibility to conduct virtual care visits from the clinic during periods of lower onsite volume. You will join a team that values autonomy, allowing you to manage your practice with dedicated collaborative and organizational support. The role offers a significant opportunity to practice at the top of your license with comprehensive clinical team support, ensuring charting and follow-up are completed during your scheduled shift with no work taken home.

In this position, you will partner with patients to deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will engage patients in wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive health screenings, while performing diagnostic testing and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The environment is designed to support a safe and efficient care setting through routine examinations and timely patient appointment management.
