Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility, featuring no on-call duties or weekend shifts. We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for our Oceanside Center located in Hampton, NH. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and new grads are welcome to apply.
The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. You will collaborate on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center-specific goals and priorities, while working closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care. Your primary focus will be providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers in the center. You will work alongside the Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality health care and everyday compassion.
