This position serves as the operational and clinical leader for a specialized unit within the Main Hospital Building. The role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by managing daily unit activities, staff development, and facility operations. As a key member of the Parkland team, you will act as a patient advocate and a clinical resource, bridging the gap between medical staff, administration, and the community to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
In this capacity, you will foster a collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient-centered behaviors and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for establishing effective unit procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and The Joint Commission standards. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency of the department and the safety of the facility, requiring a balance of advanced clinical knowledge and strategic management skills.
