About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Manager to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The ideal candidate will lead with compassion, ensuring the highest standards of care while actively mentoring nursing personnel and collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
This position is instrumental in implementing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department to maintain standards of residents' care. You will direct the activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel who provide healthcare and nursing services to the residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
