The Nurse Educator in the Emergency Department enhances professional practice and the provision of quality patient care. You will serve as a vital resource, providing evidence-based educational programs that promote professional competency for nursing, inter-professional, and non-licensed clinical staff. Your day-to-day involves designing and facilitating educational activities to address practice gaps, integrating evidence-based practice (EBP) to continuously improve care, and utilizing a novice-to-expert continuum to foster staff maturation and mastery.

Master's degree in nursing. 2+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership. 2+ years of experience in acute care hospital. Nationally Recognized Specialty certification.
