About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will be the backbone of our patient care experience, providing direct, hands-on support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you assist patients with essential needs, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. You will be responsible for measuring and recording vital signs, monitoring intake and output, and providing emotional support to patients and their families during their hospital stay.

Beyond direct care, you will play a key operational role in the patient journey by assisting with admissions, transport, and discharges. You will help maintain a safe and hygienic environment by managing patient rooms, equipment, and supplies, while strictly adhering to infection prevention and fall prevention protocols. Collaboration is at the heart of this position; you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care, accurate documentation in electronic records, and the prompt reporting of any changes in patient status.
