About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our team and provide essential direct patient care. In this position, you will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to support patients through their most vulnerable moments. Your day will involve a blend of practical clinical tasks and human connection, ranging from assisting with hygiene, mobility, and feeding to providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will be the eyes and ears of the nursing team, monitoring vital signs, observing changes in patient status, and ensuring patient safety through strict adherence to infection control and fall prevention protocols. This role is integral to the patient experience, bridging the gap between clinical procedures and compassionate care.

Requirements
