About the Role
This Weekend Alternative position is designed for dedicated LPNs seeking a unique blend of flexibility, excellent compensation, and a better work-life balance. In this role, you will act as a leader within the team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch care by delegating daily duties to nursing assistants and hospitality aides. Your guidance and support will be instrumental in creating a compassionate environment for our residents. You will actively participate in care planning, using your knowledge and skills to evaluate the physical and psychological needs of our residents. Part-time employees earn a 30% incentive on top of the base pay, while full-time employees earn a 20% incentive. You can use your weekdays to attend classes or pursue further certifications, enhancing your professional growth without sacrificing income.
Additionally, you can take up to 6 weekends off per year, scheduled in advance, to ensure you have time for personal commitments and relaxation. This balance often leads to increased job satisfaction and stability.
