We are seeking a passionate Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PRN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will operate radiologic procedures to provide critical data for patient diagnosis, working under the supervision of a Radiologist. Your day will involve explaining procedures to patients, addressing their concerns, and positioning them using immobilization devices. You will utilize both stationary and portable equipment across the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and patient bedside, while ensuring a safe environment for administering contrast materials and practicing radiation protection techniques.
This position is ideal for someone who values creating positive patient interactions and is dedicated to the well-being of others. You will also have the opportunity to orient and mentor new staff members, utilizing your knowledge of age-specific patient needs to deliver exceptional care.
