About the Role

This NPI PCB Commodity Manager role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation to work from an HPE office on average two days per week. As a Master-level contributor, you will operate with unique mastery and recognized authority in your subject matter, contributing to the development of innovative principles and ideas. You will lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals, providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees while exercising independent judgment to develop methods and criteria for achieving objectives.

You will focus on development activities, introducing new processes and programs to push the limits of existing technology. By monitoring and analyzing owned programs, delivery solutions, and key metrics, you will drive business strategy and ensure strategic objectives are realized. This role requires you to develop and execute broad, horizontal strategic plans, collaborating with and influencing the company's businesses, geographies, and partners to deliver strategies globally.
