As a New Product Development (NPD) Electrical Engineer, you will join a leader in the climate control technology industry to help shape the next generation of products. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise in commercial HVAC and electrical system design with hands-on problem-solving. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing. Your focus will be on the design, support, and manufacturing of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring that new technologies are not only innovative but also reliable, safe, and manufacturable.
