About the Role
As a New Product Development (NPD) Electrical Engineer, you will join a leader in the climate control technology industry to help shape the next generation of products. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise in commercial HVAC and electrical system design with hands-on problem-solving. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing. Your focus will be on the design, support, and manufacturing of commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring that new technologies are not only innovative but also reliable, safe, and manufacturable.

Kimberly-Clark is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or minimum 5 years' experience in related field; Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, component specifications, ladder/function-block logic and relevant standards; Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft products, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoLISP; Ability to diagnose electrical circuits ranging from 24V AC/DC up to 575VAC; Knowledge & training in electrical hazards, Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety in an industrial setting is preferable; and Knowledge of applicable codes including but not limited to NEC, UL60335-1, UL60335-2-40 is a plus.
